About me and my therapy practice

I offer a confidential individual and couple counselling service for adults. Short term and long term, morning afternoon and evening appointments available. Conveniently located in Chichester, Westbourne & Portsmouth.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2006 and have a wealth of experience working with clients on a wide range of issues. I work within the Humanistic model of counselling, this therapeutic model centres upon valuing and appreciating you as a person with focus upon your personal development.

There are a number of ways that I work within the humanistic model of counselling and this includes developing mindfulness skills, defusing from unhelpful thinking patterns and re-connecting to your values and goals, so that you can take action to lead a full and meaningful life.
