About me and my therapy practice

I’m a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and a Coach, with a compassionate and down to earth approach. I work with individuals as well as couples. I provide a range of treatments designed for specific needs of each individual. MY SUCCESS IS MEASURED BY THE WAY I TOUCH THE LIVES OF PEOPLE. I have experience in a broad range of issues, especially: relationship issues, bereavement, anxiety, depression, loss, suicidal thoughts, self-harming, low self-esteem, identity issues, addiction/s, anger management, bullying, abuse and health related issues (disability, coming to terms with a diagnosis). I provide face-to-face, online and telephone counselling. Short Term Counselling (8 sessions) and Long Term Counselling.
