Debt advice service for people who are unable to get to office based services. Advice on benefits, redundancy, mortgage/rent arrears, utilities, credit card debt. Information on court services, individual voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy. Will also negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients.

Helpline offering information and advice on debt, including bank, credit card, finance, house, mortgage arrears, council tax, catalogues, hire purchase and utility debts. Issues dealt with include county court, refusal of credit, benefits, bankruptcy, bank charges, harassment, housing and homelessness and bailiffs.

Advice line open: Monday to Thursday 10 am-12 noon Telephone advice and information for people needing tax advice who cannot afford to pay an accountant. Covers tax returns, PAYE, self employed tax, tax debt, revenue administration and complaints. Face-to-face service offered in London.

Helpline providing information about insolvency legislation e.g bankruptcy and liquidation.
