I appreciate that taking the first step to seek counselling can be daunting, and that you need to feel safe and comfortable with your therapist. I am here to help you with any issues with which you feel you are struggling. Perhaps you have a sense that you "just don't want to feel this way anymore." We will work together to enable you to develop your self-awareness and find insights and solutions that are unique and empowering for you.
Our sessions together will offer a safe, confidential space to address whatever is on your mind. You will never be judged, and support will be respectful and compassionate.
I work with all manner of personal challenges and worries you may have, such as bereavement, depression or stress, to name a few. Alongside of this, I also have a special affinity for working with young people, and with the unique grief of those who have lost a child. If it matters to you, it is a valid issue for sharing in counselling.
To book our first appointment call me now on +44(0)7772696598, or send me an email firstname.lastname@example.org. We can also talk on FaceTime or Skype if this suits your lifestyle and needs. I value your privacy - all calls and emails are dealt with by me alone and are strictly confidential. As we work together you will see there will be a more optimistic, confident and happier future for you.
I am close to bus routes, and if driving there is ample, free parking. Access is easy with no stairs.
