About me and my therapy practice

Existential Psychotherapist specialising in personality disorders long-term outpatients at the NHS. Former Clinical Lead at a Substance Misuse/ Alcohol Counselling Service producing and facilitating transtheoretical based recovery programmes within the criminal justice system. Domestic Violence Lead helping men, women and couples break the cycle of emotional abuse. Course Lead, Tutor & Lecturer on a Stage 4 BACP Accredited Diploma. Workshops and presentations produced for the BPS and INSET staff training days include CBT, Anxiety, Assertiveness, Mindfulness, Well-being and Disordered Eating.
